The School District of Clayton is seeking a Spanish teacher for the 2024-2025 school year. This will be a 1 year only contarct. The successful candidate will be academically talented, fluent in Spanish, be well-versed in K-12 (0.8 Secondary FTE and 0.2 Elementary FTE) foreign language pedagogy, be knowledgeable and skilled in managing students in a U.S. classroom, able to differentiate instruction and access learning using a variety of methods, and be proficient in English.

The Successful Candidate:

 

Education:  Bachelor's Degree required.  Major or Minor in content area required.  Master’s Degree preferred.

Certification:  Missouri teacher certification, with required endorsements for subject and level assigned.

Experience:  Preferred.
